Abstract：Human papillomavirus(HPV) infection is one of the necessary cause of cervical cancer,and HPV 16 or 18 is commonly present in 70% of all cervical cancers in the world.Prophylactic vaccines target HPV 16 and 18 have undergone extensive evaluation and been licensed,therapeutic vaccines target HPV infection and cervical cancer are under studied now.
