Medication protect against chemotherapy-induced ovarian injury

Abstract：Chemotherapy is important for women with malignant tumors,however,it is harmful for ovarian function.Many reports shown that there were functional protections of the ovary for adolescents or adult patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy by GnRH analogs,in which it suggested to be used before chemotherapy from 7 to 10 days.Oral contraceptive,sphingolipids-phosphate,and others as the protective agents still need to be study.
