Chemotherapy for gestational trophoblastic neoplasia

Abstract：Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN)is one of the few highly curable human tumors with chemotherapy.The successful management of GTN by chemotherapy takes advantage of its intrinsic sensitivity to certain antineoplastic drugs,human chorionic gonadotropin as.an optimal tumor marker,and identification of high risk factors that permits individualized treatment.This review discusses the recent advances in the chemotherapy of GTN.
