Abstract：Ovarian cancer is the most deadly gynecologic malignancy.Cancer immunotherapy is a promising strategy for prognosis improvement in patients.This article focused on the mechanism of cancer immunology,the current status and development of immunotherapy in ovarian cancer and the synergistic role of chemo-immunotherapy.
