Re-suits Live birth rate were 82.9% (34/41) in immunotherapy group and 85.6% (89/104) in non-immunotherapy group (P > 0.05). After excluding fetal chromosome aberration, the corrected live birth rate were 87.2% (34/39) and 89.0% (89/100) respectively in the immunotherapy group and non-immunotherapy group (P > 0.05). With respect to gestational age and birthweights, there were no significant differences between the groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Lymphocyte immunization therapy is not necessary for two consecutive unexplained spontaneous abortion.
