Discuss of precaution and management of pregnancy complicated severe pneumonia of H1N1 influenza.

Abstract：Objective To discuss the precaution and management of pregnancy complicated severe pneumonia of H1N1 influen-za. Methods Collect 6 cases of pregnancy complicated severe pneumonia of H1N1 influenza of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from 8th November 2009 to 22nd November 2009, analysis all the conditions including age, pregnant age,symptoms, signs, affiliated test and management et al. Results All the 6 cases had the emergency cesarean section. Before operation, 3 cases had the fetal death, 2 cases had ventilator respiration. During operation, 4 cases had general anesthesia, 2 cases had epidural anesthesia. After operation, 5 cases had ventilator respiration.2 cases died,4 eases cured. Conclusion Pregnant women are susceptible to influenza and easy to progress to severe pneumonia. They should protect themselves from in-fluenza, ff having influenza, they should go to hospital. If the patients' condition is severe, they should finish the pregnancy.
