Abstract:Objective To explore the methods and applications of computer three-dimensional reconstruction of female pelvis based on CT scan. Methods Collect a set of Dicom 3.0 original two-dimensional CT image data from a patient with cervical cancer in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from Dec. 2006 to Nov. 2009, using the Mimics 10.01 software reconstruct the three-dimensional pelvic model and measure the commonly clinical used lines and angles of the model. Results The reconstructed three-dimensional female pelvic model is clear and realistic. It not only can be revolved freely but also can be measured all of the relevant lines and angles precisely. Conclusion It is an effective way to use the computer to reconstruct the three-dimensional female pelvis model based on CT scan, which has a greater appli-cation value.
