Hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of uterine cancer

Abstract：Hysteroscopy with directed biopsy is more reliable for diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma com-scopic examination has advantages for atrophic endo-metrial. In recent years it is exploring in uterine ma-lignant tumor treated by hysteroscopy. It is possible that hysteroscopy indueed the tumor cell into the per-itoneal cavity. It is still unknown whether the tumor cell dissemination influence the outcome of disease.
