Standardization issues of Laparoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic malignancies

Abstract：Laparoscopy had been applied progres-sively in gynecologic oncology. There is a corre-sponding laparoscopic surgery with each open surgery of gynecologic malignancies except the cytoreductive procedure for advanced ovarian cancer. The combi-nation of laparoecopy with other surgical technique,including vaginal surgery, have brought some new types of surgery. 'The efficiency of laparoscopic sur-gery in accordance with the standards of gynecologic oncology was better than, or at least similar to, open surgery, The robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery maybe the future of surgical development of gyneco-logic oncology.
