Clinical application and progress of robotic gynecologic surgery

Abstract：Robotic surgery system gradually applied in gynecological operation with the swift development of robotic surgery. Hysterectomy, myomectomy, pel-vic reconstructive surgery and tubal reanastomosis for benign gynecological disease were performed with ro-botic surgery system. Gynecological malignancies such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, and o-varian cancer were underwent radical hysterectomy,and pelvic lymphadenectomy or staging procedure with robotic approach. The robot in gynecology dis-plays a prospective application. Minimally invasive surgery in gynecology enters undergoes a new stage of development.
