Physician training and quality control in gynecologic endoscopy

Abstract：With the development of medical technolo-gy, gynecological endoscopy has rapidly spread in China. Strengthening of training and quality control is not only the needs of clinical practice, but also the important guarantee to promote the healthy develop-ment of gynecologic endoacopy. Refer to gynecolo-gists training and quality control, we must overcome a range of issues including: non-uniform standards, imperfect content, unsound access control system,and so on. We must draw on successful domestic and foreign experience to establish a system of practical training, evaluation, access control that accord with Chinese practice, and strengthen the qualification certificate management.
