The obstetric complications and neonatal outcome in women with PCOS

Abstract:Objective To compare the difiefence of obstetric complications and neonatal outcome between PCOS women and healthy women.Methods A total of 98 pregnant women with PCOS were enrolled in the monitoring group.120 cases of normal pregnant women were enrolled in the control group at the same time.The obstetric and neonatal complications of the two groups were both investigated.Results The incidence of spontaneous abortion GDM,PDH and cesarean section in the PCOS group was significantly higher than the control group.The incidence of premature delivery and neonatal outcome was not different between the two groups.Conclusion Pregnant women with PCOS experience a higher incidence of obstetric complications such as spontaneous abortion and GDM.
