Management of vulvar and vaginal cysts

Abstract：Vulvar and vaginal cysts are clinical common diseases.Most patients have no symptoms because of small volume and occult location,but bigger ones can cause vulva uncomfortable,low abdominal distention or increased vaginal discharge.Managements include marsupialization and excision.For patients with difficult to do the cyst excision,CO_2 laser,microwave therapy or intracapsular injections drug may be usefud.
