Abstract：Main causes for trauma of vulva and vagina are traumas due to delivery,coitus,injury,medicament,exogenous objects and radiation.Treatment decisions based on causes of disease,such as chose difficult methods according to the difficult causes.The key points of treatment are complete hemostasis and prevention and treatment infection.
