Abstract：The change of the estrogen lead to the change of the vaginal micro-environment and the high incidence and the relapse rate of vaginitis during pregnancy.The vaginitis can lead to a variety of adverse pregnancy outcomes.In this paper,we discuss the pathogenesis,pregnancy outcome,diagnosis and treatment of any kinds of vaginitis during pregnancy.
