Abstract：Schizophrenia complicating pregnancy is unmanageable for obstetricians. It is essential to identify these eases early and enhance prenatal care. To handle labor process and provide means of delivery correctly is also important. Warmly humanistic concern from marriage, family members and medical staffs should be given.
