Abstract：The paper presents the classification and diagnosis outline of cerebrovascular events in pregnancy and puerperium are the acute and serious disorders which endanger mothers and infants. Multidisciplinary cooperation, especially between obstetrics and neurology, is necessary. The vital to success is early detection, diagnosis and treatment.
