Clinical study of 19 cases of the fetal blood sampling by PTC needle in intrauterine diagnosis
Abstract:Objective To carry out intrauterine diagnosis by fetal blood sampling through cordocentensis by PTC needle,to evaluate its security and accuracy and research the skill of cordocentensis.Methods We carried out 51 cordocentensis by PTC needle under ultrasound-guide in 49 cases.These cases conformed to the indications of intrauterine diagnosis after genetic counsel screening.Results The successful rate of puncture was 94.1%(48/51),the final successful rate of fetal blood sampling was 98.0%(48/49).There were 3 cases with chromosome balanced translocations,1 with trisomy 21,1 with hemophilia A 1 with intrauterine CMV infection and abnormal fetus and 1 case with non-husband-consanguinity by identification in disputed paternity.Conclusion Cordocentensis by PTC needle is more accurate and successful,this technique is an effective method in prenatal diagnosis.
