Abstract：Lateral posterior choroidal artery aneurysm is rare.The authors reported a patient diagnosed as lateral posterior choroidal artery aneurysm with intracerebral hemorrhage as the first manifestation,and discussed its pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.
