Abstract：Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a progressive,age-dependent vascular disease,which can progress to a range of pathological changes.As life expectancy continues to increase globally,effective prevention and progression prediction of CSVD are becoming increasingly important.There are similarities between retina vessels and cerebral vessels,which opens up new research perspective for visualizing changes in cerebral circulation small vessels.The authors reviewed the research progress on the correlation between retinopathy and CSVD.
