Abstract：Chronic internal carotid artery occlusion refers to occlusion of the internal carotid artery persisting for over four weeks,constituting a significant cause of ischaemic stroke.To better implement the major deployment of the Hubei Provin-cial Health Commission's"323"campaign,the Hubei Provincial Quality Control Centre for Neurointerventional Diagnostic and Therapeutic Techniques organised relevant experts within Hubei province.Through reviewing the latest literature and consider-ing the province's actual circumstances,we jointly formulated the Hubei Provincial Local Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines for Chronic Internal Carotid Artery Occlusion.
