Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of hematoma surface projection technology combined with neuroendoscopy in the surgical treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment between January 2018 and December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,35 patients underwent hematoma evacuation using hematoma surface projection technology combined with neuroendoscopy(endoscopy group),while the other 35 patients underwent traditional microscopic hematoma evacuation(microscopy group). Results Compared to the microscopy group, the endoscopy group showed significantly higher hematoma evacuation rates(P<0.05),significantly shorter operative times(P<0.05),significantly reduced intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05),and significantly lower incidences of postoperative complications and modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores at 6 months postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion For hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage, the application of hematoma surface projection technology combined with neuroendoscopic surgery can effectively leverage the advantages of minimally invasive and precise localization, improve surgical outcomes, and lead to better patient prognosis.
