Abstract:Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is the most prevalent acquired brain injury, featuring complex conditions, high disability and mortality rates, poor quality of life, and heavy economic burden.Early, rapid, and accurate diagnosis of TBI is of vital importance for actively and effectively guiding clinical treatment and determining prognosis. In recent years,it has been discovered that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)exert various biological functions in TBI and can serve as a novel biomarker for the early diagnosis, disease development, and prognosis of TBI.This paper presents a review of the recent advancements in the mechanism of lncRNAs associated with TBI.
