Abstract:Most patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)have varying degrees of speech disorders, known as hypokinetic dysarthria(HD).HD not only has a negative impact on the clarity of speech, effective communication, and social participation of PD patients, but can even trigger or aggravate psychological disorders such as depression and autism in PD patients, thereby causing a serious decline in their quality of life. This review summarizes the current research progress on the pathophysiological mechanism, speech characteristics, early diagnosis significance, and treatment of PD patients with HD,providing clinical references.
