Abstract:Objective To explore the application of team cooperation rescue mode to neurosurgical preoperative emergency treatment of critical ill patients in department of neurosurgery. Methods Of 120 patients with critical illness, 60 (observed group) were preoperatively urgently treated by team cooperation mode from February, 2016 to November, 2016, and 60 (control group) by the routine rescue mode. Results The time of establishing artificial airway by laryngeal mask, the effective time of vasopressors, the time from admission to operation, and the quality of health education implementation were significantly better in the observed group than those in the control group (P<0.01) and the quality of nursing record writing was significantly better in the observed group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The team cooperation rescue mode can improve nurses' initiative, accuracy and understanding of the rescue cooperation, shorten the preoperative rescue time, and effectively increase the success rate of rescue.
