Solubilization rules of different states under small molecules with ultrasonic extraction
Abstract:Tongting coal was extracted with isometric carbon disulfide solvent by ultrasonic and soxhlet methods. The extracts were analyzed using a GC/MS. The results show that the existence of ultrasonic field shortened the extraction time and increased the yield obviously. The long-chain alkene is a significant dissolution evidence of small molecules trapped in the coal-ma- trix network. The aromatic and aromatic ring containing components have an affinity with micropore, while the heteroatomic compounds, cycloalkanes and isoalkanes prefer to exist in coal- matrix network. The entanglements and crosslinkages between the molecules were easily disengaged by ultrasonic vibration. The ultrasonic cavitation accelerated the mass transfer rate of solvent, and as a result of both effects, network of small molecules was released earlier about 600 h.
