Study of the lead abutment pressure distribution base on microseismic monitoring
Abstract：The distribution of micro-seismic events at the fixed work face of coal mine was studied.The distribution of the apparent stress in front of the work face was obtained by waveform analysis and inversion of the micro-seismic data.The results show that by fixing the work face the relationship between micro-seismic activity and the distribution of the lead abutment pressure can be determined.The distribution of apparent stress in front of the work face is very similar to the lead abutment pressure.The parameters of apparent stress may be used to describe the distribution of lead abutment pressure over the same region.
