Calculation and experimental verification of vibrating direction angle of varying trajectory banana screen
Abstract：A kind of varying trajectory banana screening method was proposed and its dynamic model was established.The geometric definition method of the vibrating direction angle was proposed based on motion characteristic of the varying trajectory banana screen and the calculation model of vibration direction angle was obtained ultimately.In addition,the vertical and horizontal vibrating intensities of each point on screen box and cross-power spectrum phases were obtained using the vibration signal analysis system.The theoretical value of the vibrating direction angle was obtained.The results show that the maximum relative error of the calculated results by this method is only 8.50% compared with the results by the Lissajous graph method,that demonstrate a higher accuracy of the calculating model of the vibrating direction angle.
