Research on Reaction Model of Water Soluble Desulphurizer with SO2

Abstract：Reaction of desulphurizer with SO2 was carried out using the wet desulphurization method. Based on the transmission theory of double film of gas and liquid, a new wet flue gas desulphurization model was suggested and the theoretical calculation was made. The diameter of liquid drop, the liquid-gas ratio as well as the relationship between the concentration of SO2 at the entrance and the desulphurizing efficient were summarized using the model. Although the model is suggested on some conjectures, it is in accordance with the real situation and is useful in practice.
