Constant Pressure Filtration Equation of Flotation Clean Coal

Abstract：The filterability of flotation coal was briefly discussed. The velocity in the filtering process was researched and then the constant pressure filtration equation with an undetermined coefficient was derived systematically. Experiments of filtration dewatering and cake dewatering were carried out using the typical clean coal samples. The device, conditions and the result of experiments as well as the process of determining the filtration constant were introduced. The result has provided a reference for the design of the clean coal pressure filtration machine.
