Abstract：The connotation and constitution of datum land price, commerce land price and land selling price and the relationship between them were discussed. The“1+1”mode of datum land price was suggested. The regularity of government income for different grades' land was revealed. The relative corrective system was established, and the concrete valuation method was given.
