Research of Modern Production Integrate System Based on Supply-Chain

Abstract：On the basis of combining computer integration manufcture (CIM) and system engineering theories with the enterprise’s productive character, the concept of supply-chain was put into the integrate system of enterprise modern production. A system structure model of the integrate system of enterprise modern production based on supply-chain was proposed. It is concluded that the system structure design of enterprise modern production integrate system is mainly built on a dynamic supply-chain composed of decision-chain, support-chain, and main-chain. The market of the enterprise consists of owned market and object market of enterprise, and global integration market. There is a close relationship between these markets and the above mentioned supply-chain. Based on this relationship, three flows (matter flow, information flow and capital flow) of modern production integrate system can be integrated successfully.
