Abstract：Diabetes mellitus can cause central nervous system dysfunction. Astrocyte, as an important part of the central nervous sys-tem, is affected by diabetes, which involve the volume of astrocyte, intercellular gap junctions, the expression of protein, glycogen storage and so on.
