Abstract：This paper introduced the development of 36-Item Short Form of Health Survey (SF-36), and application of researches in China, especially the applications in gynecological chronic pelvic pain related diseases, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, etc. It would be a tool of assessment for clinical study if combined with the specific disease quality of life questionnaires.
