Advance in MicroRNA Related with Spinal Cord Injury (review)
Abstract: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a kind of severe central nervous system trauma causing motion and/or sensation dysfunction. Mi-croRNAs are short non-coding RNAs that suppress the translation of target genes, and play an important role in gene regulation involved in spinal cord development and SCI, which constitute novel targets for therapeutic intervention to promote repair and regeneration.
