Interpretation of European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025 Post-Resuscitation Care

Abstract：In October 2025,the European Resuscitation Council(ERC)released the 2025 ERC Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,which introduced updates and revisions in the section on post-resuscitation care.Key areas of update include cardiac arrest etiology screening,coronary reperfusion strategies,management of post-resuscitation seizures and myoclonus,the concept of temperature management and target temperature selection,multimodal neuroprognostication workflows,and structured rehabilitation and follow-up protocols.These revisions are all based on the latest evidence.This article provides an interpretation of this section of the guidelines for reference.
