Abstract：There is a complex interaction between obesity and septic shock.Obese patients,due to their unique pathophysiological characteristics,face many challenges in the diagnosis and treatment of septic shock.This article reviews the clinical diagnosis and treatment of obese patients with septic shock,elaborating on the impact of obesity on the pathophysiology of septic shock,diagnostic criteria,assessment methods,treatment strategies,etc.Through a comprehensive analysis of existing research and clinical practice,it aims to provide comprehensive and scientific guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of obese patients with septic shock,in order to improve the prognosis and quality of life of obese patients with septic shock.
