Abstract：Sepsis-related acute lung injury(ALI)is a sort of pathological condition with high mortality.Pyroptosis,as a pro-inflammatory cell death mechanism,plays a key role in its pathogenesis.Recent studies have shown that pyroptosis not only promotes local and systemic inflammatory responses,but also provides a potential target for clinical treatment.This paper aims to summarize the molecular mechanism of pyroptosis,explore its role in sepsis-related ALI and potential therapeutic targets,in order to provide new ideas for the precise treatment of ALI.
