Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the BDS-Cs226 teaching model in improving the quality of standardized training for emergency resident physicians. Methods A total of 368 emergency resident physicians trained in 14 training bases in Beijing from January 2024 to June 2024 were included and randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(n=184)and the BDS-Cs226 systematic teaching group(n=184).The clinical operation skill assessment scores, average training input time and clinical thinking ability scores of the two groups were compared. Results The BDS-Cs226 systematic teaching group showed significantly better results in clinical operation skill assessment and clinical thinking ability scores than the traditional teaching group(all P<0.05),and the learning time was also significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusions The BDS-Cs226 teaching model can break through the limitations of the traditional resident training model.By integrating high-quality resources, optimizing the learning path and conducting precise ability assessment,it provides an innovative alternative for the standardized training of emergency resident physicians.
