Research methods and application prospects for stroke

Abstract：Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide,characterized by complex pathophysiology and significant treatment challenges.Its high mortality and disability rates make stroke a critical public health issue.A comprehensive understanding of its underlying mechanisms is essential for identifying effective therapeutic targets and developing novel treatment strategies.This article summarizes the primary research methods related to stroke in recent years,including multi-omics analysis and advanced imaging techniques.Additionally,it proposes potential new research approaches aimed at elucidating the pathological processes of stroke.By integrating various research methods,a more comprehensive understanding of stroke's mechanisms can be achieved,providing a scientific basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies.
