Abstract:Targeted temperature management(TTM)is an important treatment for comatose patients after cardiac arrest(CA),which can reduce neurological damage and improve neurological function prognosis.It has received extensive attention and numerous advances in clinical practice,but at the same time,there are still controversial issues in various processes of TTM.This article provides a progress review of TTM based on the latest published international and domestic literatures,and introduces the current implementation status of TTM in order to provide more ideas for the researchers in this field.
