Research progress on multi-omics-based sepsis subtyping and precision medicine

Abstract：Sepsis is a severe disease that poses a significant threat to patients'life and health safety,with a high overall mortality rate.Its clinical manifestations are highly heterogeneous,so treatment still faces many challenges,especially in the field of precision medicine.With the development of multi-omics,such as genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics and metabolomics,our understanding of sepsis has been continuously deepening.This article summarizes the research progress of sepsis typing based on multi-omics,hoping to provide a new perspective for subsequent sepsis typing research,and further to assist in the development of precision medicine.
