Abstract:With the rapid development of computer science and technology, the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in the medical field has become increasingly widespread, showing promising prospects in the emergency treatment of cardiac arrest(CA).Currently,AI has demonstrated positive contributions in areas such as CA early warning monitoring, rescue equipment transportation and rescue guidance. However, due to the urgency and specificity of CA emergencies, the use of AI technology, while beneficial to patients, also brings a series of ethical issues. These issues mainly involve data privacy and security, algorithm transparency and interpretability, algorithm bias and discrimination, and the division of responsibility. Therefore, this paper aims to review the positive roles of AI in the emergency treatment of CA and the ethical dilemmas it faces.Based on this review, the paper proposes targeted solutions and recommendations in order to provide ethical guidance and reference for the healthy and sustainable development of AI technology in the emergency treatment of CA.
