Abstract:Objective To understand the research status and trend of traumatic cardiac arrest(TCA)at home and abroad. Methods From January 1,2000 to March 19,2024,TCA-related literatures published by Web of Science(WOS)core collection database,China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform were retrieved, and bibliometric atlas was analyzed by CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software. Results 80 Chinese literatures and 341 English literatures were included, and the number of published papers showed an increasing trend year by year.Relevant studies focused on foreign developed countries, with the United States ranking the first(29.91%)and China ranking the second(9.38%).Relevant core research groups had formed.Xia Senlin of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine had published up to 3 papers in China, and Alqudah in the United Kingdom had published up to 4 papers abroad. The maximum number of Chinese articles in Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine was 7,and the maximum number of English articles in Resuscitation was 35.A total of 6 Chinese and 16 English keywords cluster tags and 6 burst keywords were obtained.TCA-related researches focused on its epidemiology, pathophysiology, prevention and treatment strategies. Conclusions This field is getting more and more attention at home and abroad.Compared with foreign countries,TCA-related researches in China are less and the research topic is more limited. The outcome, influencing factors and intervention measures for TCA patients are currently the research hotspots in this field. In the future,China should continue to work on the level of trauma recovery capacity, upgrade scientific research investment and institutional cooperation in this field and improve patient outcomes.
