Recent understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases related to acute poison-ing in emergency department

Abstract：This article introduces eight difficult diseases or pathological processes related to emergency treatment of poisoning,mainly including severe allergic reaction after being stung by Hyme-noptera insects,especially for systemic mastocytosis,fat overload syndrome during detoxification treat-ment of fat emulsion,α-galactose syndrome after tick bite,toxic oil syndrome and eosinophilia-myalgi-a syndrome,fried rice syndrome,gut fermentation syndrome and bladder fermentation syndrome,sick building syndrome,and QT prolongation syndrome.Emergency clinical physicians should recognize these complex and not uncommon syndromes in order to improve the level of emergency clinical diagnosis and treatment,and minimize misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
