Abstract:Objective To screen and analyze potential biomarkers of influenza A(H1N1)virus pneumonia by bioinformatics methods based on gene expression omnibus(GEO)database. Methods The dataset of influenza A(H1N1)virus pneumonia was obtained from GEO database, and the differentially expressed genes were screened.STRING 12.0 database and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used to analyze these differentially expressed genes and screen Hub genes. The DAVID database was used for functional enrichment analysis of these differentially expressed genes. Results 1 019 differentially expressed genes were screened, including 522 up-regulated genes and 497 down-regulated genes. The enrichment results showed that the functions of these differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in the cytoplasm, protein phosphorylation, immune response, complement components, kinase activity,T cell receptor signaling pathway and FoxO signaling pathway.CDK1,CCNA2,CCNB2,CDC20,TOP2A,KIF20A,DLGAP5,BUB1,KIF11 and TPX2 were finally identified as Hub genes. Conclusions The 10 Hub genes(CDK1,CCNA2,CCNB2,CDC20,TOP2A,KIF20A,DLGAP5,BUB1,KIF11 and TPX2)may serve as potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of influenza A(H1N1)virus pneumonia, but more experiments are still needed to further explore the specific mechanism of these Hub genes in influenza A(H1N1)virus pneumonia.
