Abstract：This paper introduces 11 difficult and complicated diseases related to emergency sudden death,mainly including commotio cordis,status thymicolymphaticus,sudden manhood death syndrome,small heart syndrome,shallow water blackout,wheat-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis,Kounis syndrome,biphasic anaphylaxis,blood purification filter anaphylaxis,McKittrick-Wheelock syndrome,and Mendelson syndrome.Emergency clinical physicians should recognize these relatively difficult and not uncommon diseases,improve the level of emergency clinical diagnosis and treatment,and minimize misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
