Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyponatremia after continuous renal replacement therapy ( CRRT) treatment. Methods 57 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyponatremia from March 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in the study, and were divided into 2 groups randomly. Patients in the control group received routine medical treatment, while the patients in the observation group received CRRT. After the end of treatment, serum sodium level, urea nitrogen ( BUN ) and creatinine ( SCr ) were detected in patients by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the vital signs were also detected. Results Observation group mortality rate was 3. 45%, the control group was 28. 57%, which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0. 01). After CRRT treatment, the serum sodium ion, BUN and SCr levels were lower than those before treatment in the observation group(P<0. 05). After treatment, the serum sodium ion, BUN and SCr levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0. 05). Heart rate and mean arterial pressure were not significantly different compared with before treatment(P > 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional medical treatment, CRRT treatment of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyponatremia can effectively correct the electrolyte disturbance, and improve renal function and prognosis.
