Primary blast lung injury: An overview

Abstract：With the increasing use of explosive weapons and the frequent occurrence of explosives around the world,the damage caused by the explosion is attracting more and more attention.Primary blast lung injury caused widespread concern due to high mortality.In this paper,the characteristics of blast wave,the mechanism of lung injury,and the pathophysiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of blast lung injury were reviewed.
