Abstract:Objective To study the expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cells disease heat shock protein 70 in patients with coronary heart. Methods Choose from February 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital admissions study 162 patients with coronary heart disease, according to the results of coronary angiography divided into group A (acute coronary syndrome) and group B (stable angina). Also select 70 healthy volunteers were studied. Three groups'the positive expression rate of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein (hsCRP) and levels of HSP70 were compared, and the positive expression rate of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein (hsCRP) and levels of HSP70 of different coronary vascular lesions count and different types of lesions were compared. Results The hsCRP levels and HSP70 expression rate of the B group were significantly higher than A group and NC group (P < 0. 05); the positive expression rate of high -sensitivity C - reactive protein (hsCRP) and levels of HSP70 of different coronary vascular lesions count were compared,Multivessel disease was significantly higher than that of double - branch and single -branch (P <0. 05). The positive expression rate of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein (hsCRP) and levels of HSP70 of different types of lesions were compared , there was no significant difference (P >0. 05). The positive expression rate of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of HSP70 and hsCRP levels have a significant positive correlation (P <0. 01). Conclusion HSP70 and hsCRP may reflect the severity of coronary artery disease and the onset of nature.
